A respected and innovative directly authorised mortgage brokerage is currently seeking experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisors to join its growing team. The company is offering both employed and AR positions, providing flexibility for advisors depending on their preferred structure and career goals.

Role Highlights:

Realistic OTE of £75,000+

Hybrid working - split between home and a London-based office

No fixed working hours - while the contract reflects 9am-6pm, success is measured by outcomes, not time
- Leads provided

Full admin, case progression, and completions support, including retention

Pre-submission support becomes available once the advisor demonstrates £300k+ annual bankings

Open to both employed and self-employed AR options, depending on experience and preference

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum of 12-18 months' experience as a Mortgage Advisor
- Must be submitting 4 cases a month (equivalent to £5,000) from own client bank currently

Fully CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified

Proven ability to advise across mortgage and protection products

Self-motivated, commercially minded, and capable of working autonomously
