We also have extensive options available in specialist lending, Commercial Lending, International Lending and Private Banking. Our advisers benefit from an extensive and ongoing programme of training and development, ensuring that they are consistently amongst the best in the industry. We currently have the top 2 advisers in Openwork as well as several others in the top 20 nationwide.
Our focus is on delivering high quality advice and great customer service and we utilise the best available technologies, training and resources to enable us to do this. This is a self-employed, commission only business model. Realistic OTE’s year on year are uncapped and as follows:
- First full year earning potential - £80-£100,000
- Year 2 - £125,000+
- Year 3 - £175,000+
- Year 4 - £250,000++
- Our top performers make £500k+ per annum

Requirements for Capricorn Financial
- Mortgage Advisers can join Capricorn once you hold a basic mortgage qualification (CeMAP Module 1 OR RO1). However, it would be beneficial to hold the full CeMAP qualification or RO6, therefore we would encourage you to obtain before or during the role.
- You need to be comfortable starting a self-employed role and building your own business, on the Capricorn platform.
