Credit Controller | Central London | £28,000 - £30,000 bonus | Consumer Tech | Permanent

An opportunity has arisen for a credit controller to join a Central London based consumer tech brand. This is a hybrid role based in Central London with the expectations of 2 day a month in the office with options to come into the office more often. This company operates with a people first approach with an incredible list of benefits and flexible hours.

This role sits in an established team of 2 and will give you exposure to systems transformations alongside your day to day.

Responsibilities include:

  • Utilising telephone and email for chasing outstanding payments
  • Raising credit notes and processing adjustments as needed
  • Maintaining the sales ledger
  • Being a point of contact for sales and customer services
  • Efficient collection of outstanding debts
  • Adhoc duties as required

Skills required:

The successful candidate will have 1+ years of experience in a Credit Control function. Use of Netsuite with good Excel skills. Experience in a B2B environment is highly desirable. Softer skills required would include excellent communication skills and strong organisational skills.
