Your New Role
As Credit Controller, you'll play a key role in managing and maintaining the company's credit and collections processes. You'll be responsible for:
- Chasing outstanding payments and reducing aged debt
- Building strong relationships with clients to ensure timely payments
- Reconciling accounts and resolving queries efficiently
- Working closely with internal teams to support financial reporting and cash flow
This is a hybrid role, with office-based work from Monday to Thursday and the flexibility to work from home on Fridays (3 weeks out of the 4).
What You'll Need to Succeed
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years of credit control experience, ideally within an FMCG environment
- A dynamic and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confidence in using financial systems and Excel
