Portfolio Credit Control are currently partnered with a dynamic and innovative Software company who are having a real drive in reducing aged debt over the next 5 months, with this task at hand we are seeking an experienced Credit Controller who is track proven In reducing aged debt to assist with optimising cash flow.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Chase outstanding debt via telephone and email
  • Negotiating payment plans whilst maintaining customer retention
  • Working closely with the sales team collaboratively to identify query resolution
  • Reducing the debtors days
  • Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders

What you Bring to the Team

  • Ability to organise & prioritise workload to produce high quality work within deadlines.
  • Demonstrate ownership of own processes to complete and improve effectively
  • Ability to organise, manipulate and present large volumes of data using Excel spreadsheets.
  • Can work on own initiative and deliver high quality analysis and insight.
