Sonic Summary

Portfolio Credit Control is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to help reduce aged debt for a dynamic Software company.
The role involves chasing outstanding debt through telephone and email, negotiating payment plans, and collaborating with the sales team.
Candidates should have a proven track record in reducing aged debt and must be able to manage and present large volumes of data using Excel.
The position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
The salary for this position is competitive, and candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Portfolio Credit Control are currently partnered with a dynamic and innovative Software company who are having a real drive in reducing aged debt over the next 5 months, with this task at hand we are seeking an experienced Credit Controller who is track proven In reducing aged debt to assist with optimising cash flow.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Chase outstanding debt via telephone and email
Negotiating payment plans whilst maintaining customer retention
Working closely with the sales team collaboratively to identify query resolution
Reducing the debtors days
Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders

What you Bring to the Team

Ability to organise & prioritise workload to produce high quality work within deadlines.
Demonstrate ownership of own processes to complete and improve effectively
Ability to organise, manipulate and present large volumes of data using Excel spreadsheets.
Can work on own initiative and deliver high quality analysis and insight.
