Hybrid working (2 days in the office, 3 from home)

Responsibilities;

  • Assist the Credit Control Manager on a day to day basis.
  • Post cash and intercompany payments
  • Month End Cash Reconciliations from an AR point of view
  • Collection of outstanding invoices, reporting, and chasing of debt.
  • Client account management for EMEA
  • Prepare the quarterly review of country commentary of all invoices over 180 days
  • Liaising closely with Billing & Accounts Payable
  • Actively resolving all credit balances/unassigned cash
  • Identifying bad debt write offs for Manager.
  • Adhoc project work

Requirements;

  • Minimum of 2 years of credit control experience within a professional services background
  • Experience within an Interim recruitment background
  • Chasing business for invoices on temporary candidates
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Confident, but nice
