Customer Services Executive - Central London - £50,000

Seeking s proactive New Homes Customer Services Executive to guide new homeowners through every step of their journey, from exchange of contracts to the end of their two-year warranty. You'll work across two of London's most prestigious new developments in Waterloo and Canary Wharf.

What you'll be doing:

  • Acting as the trusted point of contact for homeowners, keeping them informed and supported.

  • Carrying out home demonstrations, inspections, and flawless handovers.

  • Managing any defects sensitively and efficiently, working closely with contractors.

  • Helping move-ins run smoothly, from booking lift access to welcoming clients on day one.

  • Keeping detailed, organised records on Salesforce, ensuring every client interaction is tracked.

Key details:

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm

  • Closing date: 8th May 2025
