CUSTOMER SUPPORT ASSISTANT / NEWCASTLE UNDER LYME / £26,000 PER ANNUM + BENEFITS
Broxap is a UK market leader in the design, manufacture, and installation of shelters, covered walkways, street furniture, and playground equipment. We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Support Assistant to join our team and support our continued growth.

Reporting to the Customer Services Manager, this Customer Support Assistant role is ideal for someone starting their career in customer service. You’ll be the first point of contact for customer queries, helping to ensure a smooth and positive experience for all our clients.

What’s on Offer?

  • Salary of £26,000 per annum
  • 8:00am – 4:30pm (Monday – Friday) with additional hours as may be required.
  • 25 days’ holiday entitlement plus 8 bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Support Assistant:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
  • Forward sales inquiries to the appropriate sales team.
  • Log and escalate customer issues to the Customer Services team when necessary.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks and data entry.
  • Support the team in maintaining accurate customer records.
  • Help gather customer feedback for continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Basic IT skills, including familiarity with email and Microsoft Office.
  • A willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
  • Previous customer service experience is helpful but not essential.
