What You'll Do:
Handle inbound calls from European customers
Manage bookings - create, confirm, modify or cancel
Engage via live chat and provide outstanding service
Upsell additional products and extended stays
Understand customer needs and turn interest into bookings!
What You Bring:
Fluent in French, Spanish & English (spoken & written)
Friendly, proactive and sales-driven
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Previous customer service or call centre experience is a plus
