Trilingual Sales & Customer Service Agent (French, Spanish & English)

What You'll Do:

  • Handle inbound calls from European customers

  • Manage bookings - create, confirm, modify or cancel

  • Engage via live chat and provide outstanding service

  • Upsell additional products and extended stays

  • Understand customer needs and turn interest into bookings!



What You Bring:

  • Fluent in French, Spanish & English (spoken & written)

  • Friendly, proactive and sales-driven

  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills

  • Previous customer service or call centre experience is a plus
