We are currently recruiting for a Breakfast Manager for our destination May Fair Kitchen Restaurant located within our 5 Star May Fair, A Radisson Collection Hotel.
Overview:
An amazing opportunity to join the May Fair team as BreakfastManager for our May Fair Kitchen.
The role will involve ensuringa high levelof service is delivered during the breakfast,brunch,and lunch service.
Achieverevenue,profit,and customer satisfaction goals forthe restaurant.
Direct the restaurantoperations team to ensure both customer and host satisfaction is achieved in a motivated and cohesive environment.
Ensure guest expectations are exceeded andseeksopportunities to improve the guest experience by seekingfeedback andevaluating service levels. Implementing and developing strategies to improve where necessary.
About You:
- Experienced Restaurant or Assistant Restaurant Management experience within a5 starhotel operation.
Capable ofdemonstratingoutstanding leadership, coaching and change management with a strategic approach.
Has the ability todemonstratepersonal ownership of tasks and will ensure completion to achieve the required results.
Proventrack recordof achieving outstanding levels of personal and departmental targetsin order tomeet and exceed expectations whilst delivering outstanding attention to detail and precision.
