Key ResponsibilitiesSupport day-to-day café operations and ensure smooth service flow
Lead and motivate staff, providing guidance and training when needed
Maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and food safety
Assist with stock control, ordering, and inventory checks
Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner
Open and close the café, including cash handling and daily reports
Previous experience in a café, hospitality, or supervisory role
Strong communication and leadership skills
Excellent customer service mindset
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
A positive attitude and a hands-on work ethic
