As the Guest Relations Manager youll play a pivotal role in setting the tone for each guest's visit, ensuring they feel truly special from the moment they choose to dine with us. This is a unique opportunity for someone with fine dining experience and strong administrative skills to excel in a role that is equally guest-facing and operational.
The Role:
Master the art of guest engagement with a warm, professional demeanor and thorough knowledge of our dining options.
Act as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring warm, professional, and personalized service.
Act as a crucial link between our Directors, Kitchen Team and on-site Management team, ensuring seamless communication about reservations and events.
Manage daily administrative tasks, including reservations, seating plans, emails, and records, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with management to enhance guest relationships and maximise revenue through strong connections with regular guests, local businesses, concierges, and more.
Support wider operational and administrative needs as they arise, including managing supplier contacts, liaising with external bodies and handling ad hoc requirements across the business.
Review and refine the guest journey for efficiency and clarity.
Generate weekly and monthly performance and feedback reports with improvement recommendations.
What were Looking For:
Confidence and Charisma: A welcoming personality that radiates positivity and energy when interacting with guests.
Fine Dining Expertise: Previous experience in a Michelin-starred restaurant, fine dining, or 5-star hotel environment.
Strong Administrative Skills: Proficiency in reservation systems (experience with SevenRooms and Opentable is recommended), attention to detail, and effective communication.
Reliability and Team Spirit: A collaborative attitude with a commitment to punctuality and pride in your work.
Adaptability: The ability to seamlessly switch between guest-facing and administrative responsibilities.
