  • Oversee guestsmovement during night time-arrivals and departures,guests returning after their fun night-out,keeping everything smooth and friction-free.

  • Ensure communal areas stay spotless and brand-aligned, working with housekeeping tomaintainfirst-class standards.

  • Stay composed under pressure;handle incidents and unexpected situations withconfidence,professionalismand clarity.

  • Record clear duty notes and ensure seamless daily handover so the day team picks up where you left off, flawlessly.

About you:

  • Previousoperational experience as a Night Manager or an experienced Front Office Supervisor/ Manager.

  • A good working knowledgeof HotelPMSis desired.

  • Excellent at both verbal and written communication, with great interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.
