You'rethe guest-experience champion the person who keeps our spaces safe,efficientandbuzzingwith energy.Youllbe leading theteamand making sure guests have an effortless stay from the moment they walkintothe moment they leave.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the guest experience, creating a welcoming, seamless vibe and handling any issues with confidence and care

  • Stay alert, follow protocol, andensure the safety and security of guests and team members at all times

  • Manage and own the guest journey across arrivals, stay and departures no queues, no friction, just smooth experience

  • Keep oursocial spacesand bar immaculate andbrand-aligned. Team up with housekeeping + maintenance for flawless standards

  • Ensure the music, lighting and atmosphere are alwaysin sync- work with DJs andthe teamto create the perfect vibes

  • Maintainaccuratereports, log key info in the dutymanagementjournal, and support upsell goals yourethe on-shift operator who keeps itgoing

About you:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience of a supervisory role within the Central London Hospitality market

  • A good working knowledge of Hotel PMS

  • Experience infast-food operationsis desired

  • Passion for technology

  • Excellent at both verbal and written communication, with great interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels

  • Multilingualis a plus
