Key Responsibilities:
Lead the guest experience, creating a welcoming, seamless vibe and handling any issues with confidence and care
Stay alert, follow protocol, andensure the safety and security of guests and team members at all times
Manage and own the guest journey across arrivals, stay and departures no queues, no friction, just smooth experience
Keep oursocial spacesand bar immaculate andbrand-aligned. Team up with housekeeping + maintenance for flawless standards
Ensure the music, lighting and atmosphere are alwaysin sync- work with DJs andthe teamto create the perfect vibes
Maintainaccuratereports, log key info in the dutymanagementjournal, and support upsell goals yourethe on-shift operator who keeps itgoing
About you:
Minimum 2 years' experience of a supervisory role within the Central London Hospitality market
A good working knowledge of Hotel PMS
Experience infast-food operationsis desired
Passion for technology
Excellent at both verbal and written communication, with great interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels
Multilingualis a plus
