Multilingual Customer Experience Consultant (German & English Speaking)

  • Location: Hybrid, based in Ringwood or London
  • Hours: 40 paid hours per week, shifts scheduled between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
  • Pay: £12.65 per hour paid weekly


About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Multilingual Customer Experience Consultant to join our dynamic team supporting a global lottery campaign. You will be part of a first-line support team providing exceptional service to customers via calls, emails, and live chats.
Our goal is to create outstanding customer experiences, aiming for a 90%+ satisfaction rate. We believe in fostering an innovative and fun work environment where every idea is valued, and continuous growth is encouraged.
Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries through multiple channels.
  • Present the company and its clients in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Maintain flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be organized, reliable, and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Show a willingness to learn and enjoy your work.


Skills Required

  • Excellent telephone manner, numeracy, and literacy.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Good analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Previous experience in call center or back office (desirable but not essential).
