- Researching and qualifying prospects through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach.
- Generating new business opportunities and setting up high-quality meetings for senior Business Development Managers.
- Building strong rapport and trust with key decision-makers.
- Keeping the CRM system updated with detailed records of activities and conversations.
- Hitting and exceeding KPIs related to outreach, meetings booked, and lead generation.
- Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to continuously refine strategies.
- Staying on top of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
- Previous experience in B2B technology sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles.
- Experience of working in a Technology, AI or SaaS sales role, if its in Automotive AI this would be beneficial but other sectors considered.
- Exceptional communication skills – both verbal and written.
- Highly motivated with a track record of exceeding performance targets.
- Confidence presenting over the phone, email, video meetings and face-to-face.
- Organised, self-driven and able to manage multiple priorities at once.
- Tech-savvy and confident using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales tools.
- Proven background in a similar sales development or lead generation position.
