Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a 7.5-tonne vehicle to deliver goods to our customers.
- Ensure all deliveries are made in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service, representing our client to the highest of standards.
- Handle goods with care, ensuring products are delivered in perfect condition.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of vehicles.
- Conduct vehicle checks to ensure roadworthiness and report any issues.
- Adhere to all driving regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- A valid UK driving license with Category C1 entitlement. (6 points max)
- Driver CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) qualification.
- Digital Tachograph card.
- Previous experience in a similar delivery role is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy items.
- A strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality.
Hours:
AM Shift – 0600 to 1700 - £17.99
PM Shift – 1030 to 2130 - £18.53
Overtime (after 41 hours worked) - £26.99
4 Days a week – 2 Saturdays a month
