Client Service Specialist
Here at Alexander Lloyd, we are currently partnered with an established employee benefits consultancy that have a strong reputation in the marke,t to support their search for a Client Service Specialist to join their team.
Role & Responsibilities:

Delivering client support across PMI and related products such as dental, travel, EAPs, health screening, and cash plans.

Efficiently manage client queries and support consultants with renewals and insurer switches.

Ensuring timely and accurate communication of scheme renewals and maintain MI reporting.

Supporting tenders and new business
-
Build strong insurer and internal team relationships
Essential Criteria:
- Must have prior PMI/Healthcare administration experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
This role would be hybrid to a London office, with flexibility on the amount of days you attend.
