Description

The Client Services Associate's duties include:

  • Enquiry Management - Managing inbound calls and emails from clients, delivering exceptional customer service, and collaborating with colleagues and wider teams to provide accurate information.

  • Client Communications - Ensuring client communications are produced, reviewed, and distributed with the highest level of care and accuracy.

  • Change Management - Proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes and contributing to initiatives that enhance the client experience.

  • Project Work - Participating in a range of projects alongside regular daily responsibilities.

Profile
