What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in customer service (1-2 years minimum)
- A background in hospitality or hotels is ideal, but not essential
- Excellent problem solving abilities
- Strong multitasking and organisational skills
- Friendly, empathetic and proactive communication style.
What you'll be doing:
- Carrying out general administrative tasks
- Supporting event set up and coordination
- Managing meeting room bookings and schedules
- Updating customer information in the database
- Ensuring any maintenance or housekeeping issued are reported.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience in a customer facing role
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
