Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and creating welcoming workplace experiences? We are looking for a Coordinator, Catering Operations and Services to join our London office team, in an iconic office building in the city.
This is a hands-on, frontline role supporting the smooth running of our in-house catering and pantry services. Youll help keep our food and refreshment areas well-presented, support daily catering operations, and ensure our employees and guests enjoy a professional, friendly service every day.
What youll be doing
- Greet and serve staff and visitors with a warm, professional approach.
- Monitor and replenish pantry and refreshment areas, ensuring stock is well-presented and rotated.
- Support basic food service and kitchen duties, including deliveries and stock handling.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards, completing daily checks and cleaning tasks.
- Assist with meeting room resets, internal deliveries, and ad hoc facilities support.
- Work collaboratively with the catering and office experience teams to deliver high-quality service.
What were looking for
- Experience in hospitality, catering operations, or retail service.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- A proactive, flexible team player who can also work independently.
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene, HACCP, and health & safety practices.
- Ability to carry out manual handling tasks safely
Desirable
- Previous experience in a corporate food service environment.
- Familiarity with COSHH standards and stock management systems.
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
