Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and creating welcoming workplace experiences? We are looking for a Coordinator, Catering Operations and Services to join our London office team, in an iconic office building in the city.

This is a hands-on, frontline role supporting the smooth running of our in-house catering and pantry services. Youll help keep our food and refreshment areas well-presented, support daily catering operations, and ensure our employees and guests enjoy a professional, friendly service every day.

What youll be doing

  • Greet and serve staff and visitors with a warm, professional approach.
  • Monitor and replenish pantry and refreshment areas, ensuring stock is well-presented and rotated.
  • Support basic food service and kitchen duties, including deliveries and stock handling.
  • Maintain hygiene and safety standards, completing daily checks and cleaning tasks.
  • Assist with meeting room resets, internal deliveries, and ad hoc facilities support.
  • Work collaboratively with the catering and office experience teams to deliver high-quality service.

What were looking for

  • Experience in hospitality, catering operations, or retail service.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • A proactive, flexible team player who can also work independently.
  • Basic knowledge of food hygiene, HACCP, and health & safety practices.
  • Ability to carry out manual handling tasks safely

Desirable

  • Previous experience in a corporate food service environment.
  • Familiarity with COSHH standards and stock management systems.
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
