- Collaborate with engineers, suppliers, and other support staff to ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer service role.
- Strong ability to motivate and manage multiple internal and external teams effectively.
- Proficient in using customer service software and tools, including Excel.
