Customer Service Agent - London (Hybrid)
4 Months Contract with high potential of extension
Payrate-12.43-13.93/hour
Commute- Mostly remote - Max 2 days/week in office
We're hiring a Customer Service Agent to handle shipping-related queries via email, chat, and phone. You'll take full ownership of customer issues, liaising with internal teams and external partners to resolve delivery concerns, lost/damaged packages, and escalations.
What you need:
2+ years' customer service experience in logistics/shipping
Experience with carrier tracking and claims
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
Excellent communication and organisation
A-Level or equivalent
