Customer Care Adviser - Japanese Speaking Offer £26,500 pro rotaBased in Canary Wharf, LondonPart Time, 20 hours per week Shifts: Monday - Friday, 01:00am - 09:00am (8 & 4 hour shifts)We are looking for an Airline Customer Care Adviser who is energetic, has great attention to detail and passionate about helping customers, to join our dynamic team and represent a strong global airline brand.As an Airline Customer Care Adviser, you will have a vitally important role - booking and changing flights for customers and handling baggage, claims and other enquiries as well as helping customers who have missed a flight or whose flight has been cancelled.
Responsibilities:

Manage incoming and outgoing calls/emails

Assist with flight changes, cancellations, and baggage issues

Provide professional and friendly customer service

Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems

Perform administrative tasks and data entry
Requirements:

Fluent in Japanese and English

Experience with Amadeus GDS
-
Airline/travel industry experience would be highly beneficial

Previous customer service experience is required

Strong attention to detail and customer care skills
