Our client is a well-established, innovative and rapidly scaling business based in a wonderful location, who are looking for ambitious and warm operators, with a real eye for customer excellence to join their friendly team on a permanent basis.

We're able to look at a range of different candidates - more entry level candidates who are looking to develop their customer oriented career in a commercial and open-minded business, but very much also the experienced Customer Service practitioners who are looking for a new challenge in a fantastic, award winning business to work for.

The role is a chance to learn within a progressive business, created due to continued success, growth and progression of others already in the business and while full training will be provided within an exceptional on boarding process, previous Office/Customer Service experience is useful - even from a senior position in retail. The business can see these roles as a springboard, with the opportunity to learn the key elements and workings of the business before moving onwards and upwards internally when the time is right. Stability however though, is also relished so if you love Customer Services and see that as your calling, great!

Key duties include:

  • Working as part of a friendly, dynamic customer service team, maintaining and ensuring an excellent quality of service is provided to all customers.
  • Handling inbound queries professionally and efficiently via both telephone and email.
  • Handling orders from new and established customers alike, processing all administrative and systems requirements in the moment.
  • Ensuring that all new clients are onboarded with thoroughness and warmth, bringing an 'AccountManagerial' and relationship style to your work.

A client renowned for being an employer of choice, with a great working culture and benefits; it is a good time to join the business and the overall 'feel' of the company is extremely supportive and friendly.

Please apply immediately as the roles will potentially move quickly for the right candidate and this is a highly sought-after business locally to work for.
