9:00am - 5:30pm
Duties include but are not limited too -
Answering queries
- Offer high levels of professionalism and service that support the brand reputation.
- Have a thorough understanding of the online and in-store shopping proposition, including delivery arrangements, returns policy and loyalty scheme, repair offering and gift cards.
- Understand and utilising effectively, all back-end systems that support ecommerce and customer service.
- Understand the basic concepts of footwear manufacture and the nature of footwear complaints.
- Use all communication methods available to answer customer queries regarding both online and in-store shopping, providing responses that are keeping with our tone of voice and our brand values.
Processing transactions
- Process telephone orders
- Process returns and refunds, on occasion a parcel has been lost in transit
General
- Ensure good lines of communication are maintained between Online, other departments, the DC and store teams in addition to external companies
- Make a positive and reliable contribution to the whole Department effort
- Provide support to other teams as required by the Management Team.
- Demonstrate a desire to develop by attending training, workshops and industry events related to the role as required.
