Job Title: Customer Service Advisor (Full-time)

Salary: 25,000 - 26,000 per year
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Customer Service Advisor to join their professional and friendly team. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a great work-life balance, a warm team environment, and the opportunity to make a real difference in client experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle client enquiries by phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and warmth
- Schedule appointments and bookings accurately and efficiently
- Make customer care calls and arrange appropriate follow-up support
- Greet clients on arrival and help them feel welcome and at ease
- Prepare seminar rooms for training events
- Maintain simple spreadsheets with accuracy (full training provided)
- Use initiative to support business operations and enhance customer experience

- Warm, friendly, and confident manner when interacting with clients
- Accurate, reliable, and professional approach to work
- High level of computer literacy
- Well-presented, with a smart appearance

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred
Additional Requirements
- Must be a non-smoker and non-vaper
- Must demonstrate high levels of reliability and discretion
- Comfortable working independently when remote (Mondays optional)
