- Respond to patient and client enquiries via Intercom (or similar ticketing systems)
- Manage customer queries in line with SLAs
- Submit and oversee courier claims and delivery issues
- Order stock and negotiate with suppliers via phone and email
- Process returns and manage inbound post
- Provide administrative support to internal teams and clinic partners
- Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve customer experience and internal processes
- Experience in a customer service and/or administrative role
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable using ticketing systems such as Intercom
- Confident working to service level targets
- Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-moving environment
- A proactive team player with a solution-focused mindset
- Previous experience in healthcare
