About the Role

As a key member of the team, you will oversee the coordination of shipments, liaise with internal departments and external partners, and ensure a smooth, high-quality experience for clients. This role demands a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage shipment bookings and maintain clear, professional communication with clients
  • Coordinate logistics with internal teams and third-party providers
  • Handle a high volume of emails and calls with efficiency and professionalism
  • Prepare and dispatch shipments, including physical handling when necessary
  • Process incoming and outgoing correspondence, including letters and cheques
  • Provide in-person customer service when required
  • Keep clients informed of any delays or issues proactively
  • Support colleagues during absences and contribute to a collaborative team culture
  • Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance service delivery
Skills & Experience Required
  • Strong customer service focus with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Confident in handling phone and email correspondence
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Friendly, professional, and a strong team player
  • Able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines under pressure

  • References covering the past 5 years
  • A successful DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check
