A super successful food services company with a track record of success. They operate across the UK and are known for their quirky, modern take on snacks and their standards of service. Their mission is simple: keep people happy, hydrated, and fuelled throughout their day! Due to growth, they are on the lookout for a B2B Customer Service representative to join their team.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Working 5am - 2pm, Monday to Friday, starting and ending at your home (no need to head to the office first!)
  • Visiting customer sites to clean, refill, and maintain coffee and vending machines
  • Making sure everything looks great, works perfectly, and is stocked with fresh products
  • Handling minor repairs and reporting any bigger issues
  • Using an easy system to log your tasks and keep things running smoothly
  • Collecting and recording cash from machines accurately
  • Delivering friendly, professional service with a smile


What You Will Need to Succeed

  • A full, clean UK manual driving licence (you'll be driving a company van)
  • B2B customer service experience
  • Being comfortable working 5am - 2pm, Monday to Friday
  • Ability to pass a DBS check (we'll help with this)
  • A positive attitude and great customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and reliability
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
