- Role: Customer Service Representative
- Salary: up to £15ph
- Location: London
- Hours: 40hrs between 9-6pm
Responsibilities for this Customer Service Representative role
- Looking for a customer-focused, positive customer service representative who can take the full ownership of assigned customer queries and deliver prompt resolution
- Handle shipping related customer queries using Email, Chat, and Phone within service-level agreements (SLA).
- Collaborate closely with both internal teams (inventory/export) and external partners (carriers, warehouses) to follow up with shipment of issues and resolve queries effectively
- Investigate and resolve lost or damaged package claims, managing escalations with couriers and customers.
- Must be authorized to work in the UK. The position does not provide sponsorship
Skills required for this Customer Service Representative role
- 2 years customer service experience with solid knowledge on logistic/shipping, ideally experience with Carrier and shipment tracking
- Basic to Intermediate Excel skills involve mastering tools and techniques beyond basic functions, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work closely with multi-functional teams.
- A-Level or equivalent
- High attention to details and good problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to excel in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Dynamics GP, or other ERP systems preferred
