About the Role:
We are looking for a friendly, proactive, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in London. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a high standard of service is delivered at all times. You’ll be responsible for handling enquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and is passionate about delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, aiming for first-contact resolution

  • Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems

  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges in line with company procedures

  • Liaise with other departments to ensure customer needs are met

  • Provide product or service information and guidance to customers

  • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction

  • Support the customer service team with general administrative duties when needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or contact centre environment (preferred but not essential)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

  • Confident using computer systems and learning new software

  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

  • A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths; additional qualifications in customer service are a plus
