Your new companyAn amazing new opportunity has become available to work for a small and friendly business within the energy sector to join the team as a Customer Support Executive. This role is based in SW London and will initially have hybrid working 1 day from home and then 2 following the passing of probation. Your new roleYour new role will be to work closely with other members of staff, subcontractors, tenants, homeowners and 3rd party suppliers to capture and manage all company data requirements. Dealing with roughly 30-40 phone calls/emails per day, viewing reports from technicians and updating the CRM system to progress the case. Handling customer enquiries and complaints, collecting and analysing data and assisting in organising the technicians' diaries. What you'll need to succeedIn order to be successful, you will ideally have 2+ years' experience in a Customer Support position within an office environment, where you will have dealt with customer queries by phone and email, worked with SLAs and ideally used a CRM system. You will live close to SW London and be able to commute within an hour. Candidates with energy experience would be greatly received. What you'll get in returnIn return you will be offered a permanent role paying between £28,000 - £32,000 plus an annual bonus, hybrid working 1 day from home before probation of 3 months and 2 days after probation. Standard hours are Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm but if you wish to have a half an hour lunch you can do 9-5.5pm, you will have private medical and 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays and closure between Christmas and New Year.
