We are currently looking for a Customer Service agent to join a Tech Firm near Waterloo. This is a hybrid role working 9-6 and paying £14 hour. This is an ongoing temp role which could turn permanent. This position could suit a graduate with 6 months relevant experience.
The role
- Raising support tickets to enable tracking
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints
- Maintaining a database of customer information
- Checking product or service availability
