- Location: Hybrid, based in Ringwood or London
- Hours: 40 paid hours per week, shifts scheduled between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
- Pay: £12.65 per hour paid weekly
About the RoleWe are seeking a passionate and dedicated Multilingual Customer Experience Consultant to join our dynamic team supporting a global lottery campaign. You will be part of a first-line support team providing exceptional service to customers via calls, emails, and live chats. Our goal is to create outstanding customer experiences, aiming for a 90%+ satisfaction rate. - Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries through multiple channels.
- Present the company and its clients in a professional manner.

Skills Required
- Excellent telephone manner, numeracy, and literacy.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Good analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Previous experience in call center or back office (desirable but not essential).
