We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service agent with NetSuite experience to join a footwear company on a temporary basis.
You will be working with their commercial and customer support team to update customer orders onto NetSuite along with tracking on excel - making sure all sales orders from the US customers are entered and managed efficiently and correctly.
As this role is dealing with US customers, the hours for this temporary role will be from 11am to 7pm.
As this is a fully remote role, laptops will be provided.
