Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, front line customer service to residents and visitors, creating a welcoming environment.

Support seamless move-in and move-out processes, ensuring a smooth transition for all residents.

Coordinate resident bookings and liaise with contractors to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

Respond to ad hoc requests and emergency calls, maintaining calm and professionalism while representing the company.

Conduct engaging viewings and assist with lettings, contributing to high occupancy and optimal rental income.

Collaborate on community initiatives, working with local partners to foster a vibrant, inclusive atmosphere.

Requirements

Previous experience in residential lettings, travel and tourism, or hospitality is essential.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with residents, colleagues and contractors.
