Key Responsibilities

Conduct engaging viewings and assist with lettings, contributing to high occupancy and optimal rental income.
Collaborate on community initiatives, working with local partners to foster a vibrant, inclusive atmosphere.
Requirements
Previous experience in residential lettings, travel and tourism, or hospitality is essential.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with residents, colleagues and contractors.
