A well-known and highly regarded consultancy is looking for experienced Energy Marshalls to work on Data centre projects across Europe for blue-chip clients. The roles are based in Ireland, Sweden and Finland and are a range of contract, fixed-term contracts or join as staff
Energy Marshall Role:
- Be responsible for managing the safety of hazardous energy sources within a data centre
- Make sure all energy sources are tagged out to prevent any unplanned releases during work
- Assess documentation on safety and do regular audits
- Ensure any ongoing work procedures are always used
- Make sure all new staff are trained in Energy Isolation procedures and
- Do regular inspections of tagout processes and make sure they are in line with the relevant standards
- Successfully work alongside the commissioning and maintenance team, communicating effectively
- Maintain accurate records and make sure all staff are aware of any potential risks to them and others
Energy Marshall Requirements:
- Extensive experience working with mission-critical projects
- Have extensive commercial or industry field engineering experience
- Possess a degree or relevant experience in construction or project management
- The ability to successfully communicate with internal and external stakeholders
