Data Entry Specialist - 15 p/h, 12-week temporary contract (potential permanent position), fully remote working. Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Offering immediate starts.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and input accurate business contact information (e.g., restaurant, takeaway, and hospitality sector)
  • into the company's CRM system.
  • Use the dialler system to contact businesses via phone and verify or update key data points.
  • Organise and categorise business data to make it easy to access and understand for the Business
  • Development team.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with business contacts to gather or correct missing or outdated
  • Support light telesales activity to qualify and engage B2B prospects where appropriate.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all communication with businesses and update CRM systems accordingly.
  • Assist in generating and updating reports for business development and sales tracking.
  • Identify data gaps and collaborate with the team to gather the necessary information for outreach.

Required experience:

  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative support roles, preferably within the B2B or hospitality industry.
  • Confident making outbound calls and verifying business data over the phone.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Familiarity with the hospitality industry (restaurants, takeaways, etc.) is a plus.
