Requirements:

Experience: 3-4 years
Ability to analyse findings and requirements
Ability to understand MI governance (thresholds, KPIs, KRIs, definitions)
PM supporting in the preparation of governance meetings decks and chasing agreed actions
Develop potential IT requirements to address local findings.
Support testing the fixes in pre and pro environments and gather evidences
Strong Excel skills as will be doing data analytics
Desirable Santander experience
Desirable previous experience within RAC
