A fast-growing, much-loved lifestyle brand is looking for a Power BI Developer to help transform their business-wide reporting and insight capabilities.

You'll join a smart and supportive analytics team, helping to drive meaningful decisions with actionable, accessible dashboards and insights. This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of Power BI reporting, working closely with teams across the business to deliver beautifully designed and impactful data visualisations.

This opportunity is perfect for a developer who's passionate about data storytelling and wants to grow their technical and stakeholder engagement skills in a values-led, commercially sharp business.

What You'll Do:
  • Design, develop, and optimise Power BI dashboards and data models

  • Own the reporting UX and data visualisation experience across key functions

  • Work closely with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver insightful BI tools

  • Ensure data integrity, performance, and best practices across reporting systems

  • Be the Power BI subject matter expert - supporting, training, and upskilling users

  • Collaborate to embed insights into key customer and business decisions

What You'll Bring:
  • Hands-on Power BI development experience (DAX, time intelligence, UX)

  • Solid SQL and data modelling skills

  • Experience working with stakeholders to design and deliver data solutions

  • An eye for clean, user-friendly design and a passion for clear insight

  • Self-starter energy, collaborative approach, and great attention to detail

Desirable but not essential: exposure to Databricks, Alteryx, or similar tools.
