Robert Half is working for a leading Real Estate and Property Firm and are looking for a Data Administrator for an initial 6 Month contract. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting high quality data which is crucial for effective management, reporting and utility management processes.

Role:

  • The Data Administrator will be tasked with inputting utility-related data into centralised database systems with a commitment to accuracy and completeness.
  • Generate and distribute periodic reports based on utility data, identifying trends or irregularities.
  • Conduct database updates, run queries, and digitise physical records to maintain a well-organised data system.
  • Analyse and resolve inconsistencies in data, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to prioritise data integrity.
  • File and index invoices and related documents to support comprehensive records management.
  • Partner with internal departments to gather necessary information and generate insights to guide informed decision-making.

Experience:

  • The Data Administrator should have 1-2 years experience in data entry and management within utilities or a related sector.
  • Ability to effectively organise and catalogue data for retrieval and reference purposes.
  • Experience transitioning physical records to digital formats while maintaining accuracy and accessibility.
  • Proficiency in retrieving and presenting data to various management and stakeholder requests.
  • Hands-on experience maintaining and updating database systems with current information.
  • Ability to produce regular reports showcasing utility data insights.
  • Skilled in using software tools like spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel) and word processing tools (e.g., Microsoft Word).
  • Strong general administrative skills with attention to detail and excellent organisational capabilities.
  • Familiarity with SQL concepts and data architectures, coupled with a willingness to expand learning in data management systems.
