Robert Half is partnering with a global Fin Tech organisation to recruit a Data Associate for a short-term contract
Responsibilities:

Accurately input data from Excel spreadsheets into our CRM system.

Maintain and update CRM records to ensure data integrity and completeness.

Assist with routine operational tasks to support the day-to-day functions of the office.

Collaborate with the operations team and complete support tasks as assigned.
Requirements:

1+ year of experience in a data entry, administrative, or operational role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with CRM systems.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet tight deadlines.

A proactive, flexible attitude and willingness to assist where needed.

Experience in a FinTech or fast-paced startup environment.

Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
