Role: Data Analyst
Salary: Up to £70,000
Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days p/w in office)
Join a leading commercial bank's risk modelling team, which focuses on developing and maintaining stress testing tools and models, producing insightful risk analytics, and overseeing data governance activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver regular MI reports and respond to ad-hoc data analysis requests
- Develop insightful, robust data analysis to support both recurring and one-off reporting needs
- Enhance the efficiency of MI production processes
- Help identify and resolve data quality issues, and contribute to data lineage efforts
- Support the development of a strong data governance and data quality framework within the Risk team
What we're looking for
- Previous data analysis experience within banking
- Intermediate SAS and SQL
- Familiarity with financial risk terminology
- Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
- Proficient with Power BI
- Strong communication skills and experience working cross-functionally
