We’re looking for a Data Officer to support the Registrar’s Office with day-to-day student data tasks and assist in migrating data to the new system.Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately maintain and update student records.
  • Input, check, and validate student grades and assessment data.
  • Compare course documentation with database entries to ensure consistency.
  • Conduct manual data entry and data quality assurance checks.
  • Liaise with academic and administrative teams to resolve discrepancies.
  • Support reporting tasks and data returns as required.
About You:
  • High level of attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, filters, formulas).
  • Experience working with student data in a Higher Education context.
  • Ability to manage large volumes of manual data entry.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
