Method Resourcing have partnered with a Insurance provided operating in the Lloyds market. They are currently looking to do a full migration to the Azure cloud, and are exploring implementing Fabric into their Data ecosystem.
We are now looking to hire a Senior Data Engineer with strong expertise in the Azure cloud to lead on the design, development and delivery of their Azure cloud data platform. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to take ownership of a data migration and eventually, a data team.
We are looking for a Data Engineer who can demonstrate commercial experience in the following:
- 5+ years of commercial Data Engineering experience
- Expertise in Azure - ADF, Databricks, Synapse, ADLS, Fabric - you will have ideally delivered a migration previously
- The ability to develop Data storage solutions from scratch - Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, Data Lakehouses
- Commercial experience leading a small data team
- Any industry experience is highly desirable - Insurance or Financial Services
This role is paying up to £90,000 + Bonus & Benefits and is offered on a remote-first model with 1 day a month in London.
