?? Position Details:
- Contract Type: Temporary (3 days a week for at least 6 weeks)
- Location: Office-based on Wednesdays, remote work on other days.
- Salary: £14.50 - £16.50 per hour

Overall Purpose:The primary purpose of this role is to manage two team inboxes that receive queries from our members and perform essential data downloading activities from the retired Learning Management System (LMS). By supporting our newly launched e-learning platform, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer support to our members.
? Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer support by managing two team inboxes effectively.
- Download data from our retired LMS and ensure it is stored correctly in our cloud-based system.
- Assist with data uploading activities to the new LMS, paying meticulous attention to detail for accuracy.
- Maintain and manage records in line with our data protection policy.
- Keep documentation of all activities conducted.
- Undertake additional duties as required, appropriate to your qualifications and experience.

- Strong organisational and administrative skills with a focus on customer service - Essential
- Experience in managing inboxes and providing accurate responses within service-level agreement timelines - Essential
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook - Essential
- Familiarity with technical systems and an understanding of data management - Desirable
- High level of accuracy in managing large datasets to ensure data integrity - Desirable
