The Role

We are hiring a Data Architect to play a central role in defining and delivering a robust, scalable, and secure data strategy across a diverse product portfolio. This is a pivotal opportunity to own the design of enterprise-wide data models, warehouses, and integration flows - enabling critical reporting and analytics across the organisation.

You'll be responsible for building a consolidated data mart and master data catalogue, and will work across both technical teams and business stakeholders to align data architecture with broader company goals. This role offers real influence on technology selection, best practice development, and the mentoring of a growing data team.

Your Experience

We're looking for candidates with:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Data Architect, with strong hands-on development expertise.

  • Proficiency in Databricks and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

  • Deep knowledge of data modelling, warehousing, and integration (ETL/ELT).

  • Fluency in SQL and Python, and experience with data visualisation tools (Power BI a plus).

  • A strong track record of aligning technical solutions with business needs.

  • Familiarity with data governance and compliance frameworks.

  • Excellent communication skills and experience working in globally distributed teams.

Bonus qualifications include relevant certifications, an advanced degree, or additional experience with Snowflake and Power BI.
