Data Analyst - Datacentre experience - London, Hybrid, £38,000 - £42,000
Robert Half are working with a leading Consulting organisation on the recruitment of an Data analyst.
Role responsibilities:
- Analyse, cleanse and manipulate complex datasets from various IT infrastructure sources
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of IT assets and configurations
- Create insightful reports and dashboards to support operational decision-making
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Identify trends and patterns within infrastructure data to drive continuous improvement
- Support the maintenance and development of our Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience in data analysis and manipulation of complex datasets
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with data analysis tools
- Experience working with Configuration Management systems and CMDBs
- Practical knowledge of Data Centre environments and infrastructure components
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent documentation skills
Desirable Experience:
- Background in IT infrastructure operations or support
- Experience with asset management systems
- Knowledge of ITIL practices
- Familiarity with data visualisation tools
- Understanding of IT hardware lifecycles and management
